Well@Sea: Physical Wellbeing Challenges
Berge Bulk’s Well@Sea Programme is a curated range of fitness routines, wellness courses, and challenges for all of our crew. All of the materials needed to participate, including digital workbooks, exercise videos, learning courses, meditation tapes, and group challenges are available online.
TARGETED CHALLENGES
The platform offers targeted fitness challenges, designed to promote holistic physical wellbeing and to help prevent common health issues like hip and knee pain. Examples include:
- Mobility Drills: Focused on improving balance and overall physical stability.
- Mind-Body Coordination: Yoga routines to enhance both physical and mental well-being.
